Hi Everyone,
Holiday Pastry was another dessert store I wanted to try when I was in Bangkok. I had to find a few friends to go together as I wanted to try a couple of things and it is way too much to eat by myself. Like Yolk which Inn Sarin owns, this cake shop is considered a dessert priced on the higher end but delivering high-quality food.
The 3 of us ordered the Signature Cheesecake (195 baht) and Blueberry Pancakes (245 Baht). The bestseller at the cafe is the signature cheesecake. It’s a velvety smooth, almost soufflé-light cheesecake on a hard biscuit crust. It’s very rich, I would imagine someone would get very full after just eating one slice.
Blueberry Pancakes were surprisingly big with 3 pancakes stacked on top of each other, layered with whipped cream and blueberry sauce. We were even given extra maple syrup to drizzle on top. It’s like a meal in itself but I have to say the sweetness was just right. The pancakes were fluffy, and combined with the cream, it was the best combo.
There are takeaway options which is right at the door. We also see many Grab drivers come to pick up orders for delivery. We were there at around 4pm and didn’t have to wait in line but I did see on the weekends it does get very busy so best to time your arrival. I won’t be going back any time soon as it is very dessert but would highly recommend those who haven’t tried to get their cheesecakes.
