300 grs de carne de res (Solomo), 02 cucharadas de salsa de soja, 02 dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de orégano, 01 cucharada de harina de trigo, 01 cucharada de miel, 01 cucharada de vinagre, 1/4 cucharadita de jengibre, 01 cucharadita de ajonjolí, sal y pimienta al gusto.

Para hacer esta receta, el primer paso es lavar la carne y cortarla en tiras, sazonarla con sal, pimienta, vinagre, orégano y harina de trigo, mezclar y dejar marinar durante una hora.

Aparte, en un recipiente, añadir la salsa de soja, la miel, el ajo picado y el jengibre rallado, mezclar bien y reservar.

Once the meat is rested, heat a frying pan with a spoonful of oil. Once hot, add the meat strips and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently so that they fry on all sides and turn golden brown.
When they are golden brown, we will add the mixture we prepared and let it cook for a minute, stirring very well so that all the flavors are impregnated and that's it.
