Hello Food lovers! Hi to all my friends here on hive! How was your Thursday? I Hope all is well and we are in good health with the abundant blessings bestowed to us by our loving and merciful creator, our Only One God. It has been a while since the last time I made a post .Today let me share with you One of Filipinos favorite soup called BULALO ( beef shanks with bone marrow) but my version of BULALO is with a twist. Originally bulalo is beef shanks with bone marrow but my version is with beef ribs because we love it mixed beef shanks, bone marrow and beef ribs.
I am craving for soup that can really suit my needs, we have been eating fried foods for a few days so my tummy and my mouth seems to agree to eat something with a tasty soup. So I have decided to cook soup with vegetables because I love eating vegetables too. Bulalo comes to mind so I go to SM to buy all the ingredients that I need.
Bulalo is very famous in the Philippines. This is a dish that I learned from my MOms brother who lives far from us. I was having a vacation in my uncle's place and He teached me this dish that makes me appreciate and like the dish ever since I Ate it .Now I cooked it with my daughter so she would also learn too.

Simmer until the meat is tender
Slice the Chayote and cut the sweetcorn into your desired size then add to the pot
Add the tomato slices and the long Chili.
