In my recent Moonkart's post, when I mentioned or emphasized building the COLONY stake as COLONY is the governance token of the Arcadecolony/invennium platform, and every upcoming game and current game like (Moonkarts, Stakehouseden, and Hyper Rail Blaster) will have/have COLONY as it's governance token as well as Play2earn rewards in the platform. Though I explained and chalked out my action plan based on my current activity in the Moonkart's, I get some questions for the Arcadecolony platform game Stakehouseden game, and specifically regarding the passive earnings potential in the game.
Stakehouse Den Introduction.
Stakehouse Den is a Web3 Social Casino published by Invennium Corp and living on the Arcade Colony platform. At present, Game Casino has three games, which are Roulette, video blackjack, and slots. In future , it is expanded to have 8 casino type game, so 5 more games will be added in this platform.
Also platform, is currently open in beta mode, to try the Roulette, video blackjack, and slots. Currently Play2earn rewards are not applicable, but I believe they will soon move from the current test phase to the Production phase.
Placing bets in Stakehouse Den (Hot Sauce requirement).
If you visit a casino and you get chips/ticket, that is the currency that allows you to place the bet.
In Stakehouse Den, this currency is Hot Sauce, you can see the bottle encircled in turquoise. You can choose any of the bets allowed by the UI or you can also put your custom bets.
So, how to get Hot Sauce?
Things get really interesting when it comes to Hot sauce production. Game is not selling Hot Sauce for placing the bet. Game has altogether different mechanics that will allow player to produce Hot Sauce on their own by staking the cards along with SCRIPT token. (This look much similar to producing FUEL in the Moonkart's game)
If you want to have cards, then you can shop LADYLUCK PACKS or buy CARDS from the market. At current, the general sale of the packs is going on.
I researched a little bit, and I come to conclusion that best case scenario, is to buy SCRIPT token using COLONY:SCRIPT pool or SWAP.HIVE:SCRIPT. You can always check the price in market and various pool to make a optimal buying decision.
In the game menu, you will get option to open the packs.
I will recommend to use both GOLD FLUX and LEGENDARY FLUX to open the packs. It will improve your chances of having Gold Foil cards or Legendary Foil cards.
Thinking about passive earnings?
I will not say that it is perfectly passive that you stake once your cards and SCRIPT and forget, but it is almost passive. You can sell your Hot sauce produces to the fellow players in the markets. (same way FUEL transactions current happen P2P in Discord) or you can consume your Hot sauce yourself by playing "Auto Spin" in Slots.
In the end, whatever your winnings will be given as rshares and based on these rshares you will get COLONY token. Another thing, since HOT SAUCE market will be player based market so based on the popularity of the game, you might make some good money in selling Hot Sauce also. Otherwise "auto spin" look another great option if you do not want to actively play.
My 2 cents.
At current, Game is yet to live, so earning is not possible, but if you want to earn, you have to secure your packs now, because I feel the secondary market is going to be way overpriced.
