  • Preparing Shrimp > Take fresh shrimp and rinse them thoroughly. Remove the shells, heads, and tails. I wash them with a little saltwater to eliminate the fishy smell, then make a slit along the back to remove the black vein. Rinse again with clean water, pat dry, and finely chop.

  • Dip the shrimp donuts in the egg, then coat them with breadcrumbs. Gently press with your hands to help the breadcrumbs adhere better. Set aside, ready to fry. Repeat the same process until all pieces are done.
