Namaste 🙏

Hope you all are doing great.!

I was back at the Kashi Vishvanath Corridor where I left my grandparents before I went to take holy bath in the Ganga at Munshi Ghat. You can refer to my story of visiting that ghat and taking the first Ganga dip of life in link below.

Boarding the boat to witness the auspicious Ganga Aarti from the Ganga River-

So here we were back again on the same boat in which we discovered all the ghats before. It was a remarkable experience of my life and therefore boarding the boat again made me feel really happy. You can certainly see that in the photographs below.

I made sure that my grandparents were comfortably seated on the boat and I made sure that they were able to see the Aarti for which we were headed to now.

Our remaining group members were boarding the other boat and they were also very happy to be seeing the Aarti that was to be held later that evening. Just like there were crowd on the Ghat that I showed you in last blog, there was going to be even more crowd on the river.

To make sure we got to see the good view of the Aarti, we headed towards the front of the river early. We wanted to make sure that our boat got a good spot for us to witness the Aarti in a perfect way.

We were not alone who were planning in advance to rush towards the Ghat from river side. There were plenty of other boats along with ours which were trying to secure a good spot at the ghat so that the people seated on the boats would be able to see the view of the Aarti.

I was not very surprised to see all the boats getting lined up to reserve a good spot in the river so that the Aarti could easily be seen because Already saw the Condition of the Ghats, where Aarti was to be held when I was going from there towards the Munshi Ghat, where I took bath.

The Ganga Aarti—

Luckily, we were able to reserve a good spot in between a lot other boards from where the view of Aarti could easily be seen. One advantage to us was that our boat was way bigger than the other boat that was very small and the people who were on that boat had to be standing up and had to constantly change the directions to get a good view. While on the other hand, our boat was very tall, so we didn’t have to do anything to get a view.

We were already in a good spot, but our boats, Aman decided to take our boat a little bit inside of the crowd so that we could be condensed packed to form a single kind of structure to witness the holy Aarti.

We slowly started moving towards the other boat. The aim of the boats man was to make all the boats touch one another so that one single structure could be formed and the main goal of this was that during Aarti, some sellers or you can say peddlers came jumping on the rope to sell stuff.

I was quite afraid when I saw him doing that he was a professional, so he was not at all worried, but certainly the people sitting on our boat were a little bit worried, but he told us to calm down, so we said they peacefully and enjoy the view that was in front of us.

The Aarti was not even started yet, and the atmosphere was full of excitement. Enjoy we could already sense the vibe in the atmosphere and a different kind of spiritual connection was there with everyone who was there to witness this mega event.

So after waiting for about 15 to 30 minutes there on the spot, finally the Aarti was about to start and two hours surprise. They were two different Aarti going on two different dances that were sent to one another, but at the same time, it was a truly mesmerising experience that cannot be expressed in words.

I’m not able to show you guys, the vibe of that place at the time of Aarti, we stood there silently while we waited for the people doing Aarti to pick up their Aarti and worship Ganga Mata.

I was truly mesmerised by this experience. It was experience that I’m gonna remember forever throughout my life. I recorded the whole Aarti with my phone on voice note, so I was not able to take much photographs at that time. Another reason for not taking much photos was that I was truly mesmerised by the whole event of about 30 to 45 minutes. Everyone around me was in same condition as I was so it was a connection that we all will remember forever.

I hope that through my photographs and my words you are able to get the glimpse of what I am trying to express, but for the real experience, you have to be physically present there at that very moment, the atmosphere speaks different language. Your spirit is in different, dimension , and there is no more you left!!!

That’s all for today!!!

Peace ☮️
