We decided to go and see how our little deceased doggy's tree is doing.

If this sounds confusing, then please allow me to explain. We had our little dog Troy for 17 years and then he passed away. So, we decided to donate a tree, for a fee, in honor of little Troy. We had him from a tiny pup, and my shoe was his bed at night. Troy had many adventures with us through the years, and he thought that he was a part of our family. Of course, I was his dad, and my wife was his mom. Nothing tame about Troy, as he was a very cheeky little fellow, and he had a habit to tackle any big dog that came near us when we took him to the doggy park.
His tree is now in the same doggy park.

This was the view where we stopped our car, and it is quite a walk from here. Also, some lovely views along the way, that you will see in here.

And below is Troy's tree. The tile was painted by my wife.

Look how it's grown, as we planted it when it was just about above knee high. It is a White Karee tree, and it will grow as big as the trees in the background. The next thing that we will do, is to get a 2 seater park bench, to place it below the tree, so that we can sit and have some meditational chats with our little Troy.

Behind Troy's tree runs a river and, on the hill, you can see olive trees. Soon that entire hill will be cladded with olive trees.

Some mountain views below on our way back to our car.

No, please don't ask, as we will not get another dog. The trauma that we had to suffer was very bad, especially when one holds and struggle to revive a little soul laying lifeless in one's hands. I have seen too many deaths of beloved ones in my lifetime, as my entire direct family are now deceased, and each left a scar on my soul. Now, so long afterwards, it is almost as if they have never existed.

I call each event as a closed chapter in my book of life, and the surprising thing is that I am the only one still standing. That's why I regard every new given day as a free gift from God, and I try my best to be of value to those who have nothing in this life. This is just my way of doing things, and you know what I will say below.
Such is life :D

I hope you enjoyed the pictures and the story.
