I went to a restaurant to eat a patac贸n, my favorite dish from Zulia cuisine. This time, I tried one of its variations, which is a patac贸n au gratin with plenty of mozzarella cheese on top, giving it that divine touch that takes you straight to heaven. Inside, it was stuffed with chicken and pico de gallo, which is a perfect combination of flavors, textures, and colors. It's so delicious that I'll never get tired of eating it.

Fu铆 a comer en un restaurante un patac贸n, mi comida favorita de la gastronom铆a zuliana, en 茅sta oportunidad fue una de sus variantes que es un patac贸n gratinado con abundante queso mozzarella en su superficie que le da ese toque divino que lleva directo al cielo, en su interior se encontraba relleno con pollo y pico de gallo que es una combinaci贸n perfecta entre sabores, texturas y colores, es demasiado delicioso y no me cansar茅 de comerlo.
