Just across the border in New South Wales with an 8 am start time is one of my favorite parkruns Kingscliff. One of my favorites because it is fast and flat, this moring the weather conditions were near perfect for running and I was able to do my fastest time for the year. Officially 23.04 for the 5 kilometre out and back concrete path course behind the sand dunes. I recon I could have found another 5 seconds if I had known I was that close to getting back into the 22s
