Aprovechando el feriado por el día del trabajador, mis hijos y yo salimos ayer a pasear por el polideportivo de mi ciudad, donde pasamos un tiempo agradable mientras nos recreamos. Estar al aire libre es una de las mejores opciones para los niños y me gusta este lugar porque pueden jugar y divertirse en compañía de sus amigos.
También ayuda a que los más pequeños estén alejados de las pantallas. Por lo que me parecía una excelente opción salir a caminar y recorrer las diferentes instalaciones que tiene este complejo deportivo.
Los niños jugaron fútbol, voleibol y sobretodo corretearon por todo el lugar, un día libre que disfrutaron al maximo. Mientras tanto yo aproveché para tomar algunas fotografías del paisaje y disfrute de la brisa agradable de la tarde.

Taking advantage of the Labor Day holiday, my children and I went out yesterday for a walk around my city's sports center, where we spent some quality time while having fun. Being outdoors is one of the best opportunities for children, and I like this place because they can play and have fun with their friends.
It also helps keep the little ones away from screens. So, it seemed like a great option to go for a walk and explore the various facilities at this sports complex.
The children played soccer, volleyball, and, above all, ran around the grounds, a day off they thoroughly enjoyed. Meanwhile, I took some photos of the landscape and enjoyed the pleasant afternoon breeze.
