Hello everyone, today I'm here to greet everyone in the kitchen again, but today I'm not here to cook. I'm going to take everyone to make Thai desserts. This is one of my favorite desserts. If I'm in Thailand, I've never made it before. If I want to eat it, I usually buy it because it's easy to find in Thailand. This is my first time making a dessert, Thai Mung Bean Cakes. When I looked up how to make it, it wasn't difficult, and I really wanted to try it and eat it. Let's see how to make it.
Ingredients
- 200 g peeled mung beans
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Various molds
How to make it
- Soak the mung beans in water overnight or 5-6 hours, then rinse them and steam them in cooked mung beans for about 30-40 minutes.

When done, set aside and then blend or pound until smooth. Then put them in a pan.
- Pour in coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Mix well. Don't stop stirring or the beans will burn.
- Then let it cool and blend into balls. Prepare the mold and press it. Keep doing it until it's done. That's it.
And this is the green bean cake or Thai Mung Bean Cakes that I made. It's considered successful and delicious, but not very satisfying because the beans were not ground finely, making the texture a bit soft.
