Last weekend I went to visit the dunes of Concón with my two cousins who came from Santiago. They were going to take the driving test to get their license and took the opportunity to stay a few days to go for a walk. We decided to go to the dunes because they wanted to get to know the place and see the famous sunset from there. We arrived just in time, after running a bit to catch the sunset. The sky was spectacular, with shades of orange, pink and violet that looked like something out of a postcard. It was a magical moment that was worth it, although it lasted less than we would have liked. The wind was freezing and the cold became unbearable, so we had to leave earlier than expected. Still, it was a nice experience that will remain as a beautiful memory of your visit.

El fin de semana fui a visitar las dunas de Concón con mis dos primos que vinieron desde Santiago. Ellos iban a presentar la prueba de manejo para sacar la licencia y aprovecharon de quedarse unos días para pasear. Decidimos ir a las dunas porque querían conocer el lugar y ver la famosa puesta de sol desde allí. Llegamos justo a tiempo, después de correr un poco para alcanzar el atardecer. El cielo estaba espectacular, con tonos naranjas, rosados y violetas que parecían sacados de una postal. Fue un momento mágico que valió la pena, aunque duró menos de lo que hubiéramos querido. El viento estaba helado y el frío se hizo insoportable, así que tuvimos que irnos antes de lo esperado. Aun así, fue una linda experiencia que quedará como un bonito recuerdo de su visita.
