My busy period continues and also with some difficulties to manage on the work I do in the morning. I work with two female colleagues and someone might say, you are lucky! only man between two women!
It is not so, the two women are sisters but they are like cat and dog and they fight constantly.
Because of this in addition to doing my job I often have to mediate between them trying to make peace.

I am seriously thinking of asking to transfer to another office...any office...or I will ask for a salary increase for the mediator qualification I am earning in the “field” :)

Closing this small parenthesis related to my current work environment in today's post I share my progress related to my Hive Power and my Leo Power.

I started my adventure on Hive on March 5, 2019 and from day one my main focus has been to increase my Hive Power.

I am very happy to have surpassed 90K HP because this is a goal that until a few years ago seemed almost impossible to achieve.

I have not yet reached my annual goal of 100K HP but I am on track and hope to reach it before the end of the year so that I can immediately set higher and higher goals.

Increasing my Hive Power is my main goal but on Hive I also like to play the Hive-based games and I also like to accumulate Hive Engine tokens linked to the games I like the most and/or linked to projects I consider interesting.

Among the Hive Engine tokens that I accumulate for a long time are the LEO tokens.

At the time I am writing this post it has been a few minutes since the start of the day June 16, 2025 but a few minutes before midnight on June 15, 2025 I did the LEO Power Up of my liquid LEO in my Hive Engine wallet.

I staked 151.63 LEO and increased my LEO Power by +151.63 LP.

Thanks to this LEO Power Up:

  • I participated in the sixth LEO Power Up Day of the year 2025.
  • I made progress toward my annual goal related to my LEO Power (LP).

In fact, at the beginning of the year, in addition to setting an accumulation goal for my Hive Power, I also set an annual accumulation goal related to my LEO Power: to reach 20K LEO staked! = 20K LEO Power (LP)

Thanks to the LEO Power Up I did today, I accumulated 18162.49 LP in my Inleo wallet.

My path to 20K LP is progressing well because I have completed 90.81% of my path and I am 1837.51 LP away from reaching my annual goal.

In the time interval May 15, 2025 - June 15, 2025, I have increased my LEO Power by +881.45 LP.

On Inleo, at certain amounts of LEO Power corresponds to a status and my status is LION while I still need to accumulate 31837.51 LP to reach Leader of the Pack status.

I am satisfied with the results I have achieved in about 30 days but I am not going to stop and I will continue to accumulate LEO tokens to convert them to LEO Power in future months as well.

I conclude this post by showing some graphs on the trend of the value of the LEO token.

I miei progressi nell'accumulo dei token LEO + La mia partecipazione al LPUD di giugno.

Continua il mio periodo pieno di impegni e anche qualche difficoltà da gestire sul lavoro che svolgo la mattina. Lavoro con due colleghe donne e qualcuno potrebbe dire: sei fortunato unico uomo tra due donne.
Non è così, le due donne sono sorelle ma sono come cane e gatto e litigano costantemente.
Per questo motivo oltre a svolgere il mio lavoro devo spesso mediare tra di loro cercando di mettere pace.

Sto seriamente pensando di chiedere di trasferirmi in un altro ufficio...qualunque ufficio...oppure chiederò un aumento per la qualifica di mediatore guadagnata sul campo :)

Chiusa questa piccola parentesi relativa al mio ambiente di lavoro attuale nel post di oggi condivido i miei progressi relativi al mio Hive Power e al mio Leo Power.

Sono su Hive dal 5 marzo del 2019 e fin dal primo giorno il mio focus principale è stato di aumentare il mio Hive Power.

Sono molto contento di aver superato i 90K HP perchè questo è un traguardo che fino a qualche anno fa mi sembrava quasi impossibile da raggiungere.

Non ho ancora raggiunto il mio obiettivo annuale di 100K HP ma sono sulla buona strada e spero di raggiungerlo prima della fine dell'anno in modo da poter subito fissare degli obiettivi sempre più alti.

Aumentare il mio Hive Power è il mio obiettivo principale ma su Hive mi piace anche giocare negli Hive-based games e mi piace anche accumulare gli Hive Engine tokens collegati ai giochi che mi piacciono di più e/o collegati a progetti che considero interessanti.

Tra gli Hive Engine tokens che accumulo da tanto tempo ci sono i token LEO.

Nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo post è da poco iniziato il giorno 16 giugno 2025 ma pochi minuti prima della mezzanotte del 15 giugno 2025 ho fatto il LEO Power Up dei miei LEO liquidi nel mio Hive Engine wallet.

Ho messo in staking 151.63 LEO e ho aumentato il mio LEO Power di +151.63 LP.

Grazie a questo LEO Power Up:

  • ho partecipato al sesto LEO Power Up Day dell'anno 2025
  • ho fatto dei progressi verso il mio obiettivo annuale relativo al mio LEO Power (LP).

Infatti ad inizio anno oltre a fissare un obiettivo di accumulo per il mio Hive Power ho fissato anche un obiettivo di accumulo annuale relativo al mio LEO Power: raggiungere 20K LEO staked! = 20K LEO Power (LP)

Nel momento in cui scrivo questo post è già il 16 maggio 2025 ma prima della mezzanotte del 15 maggio ho fatto un LEO Power Up di 150 LEO per partecipare al quinto LEO Power Up Day del 2025.

Grazie al LEO Power Up che ho fatto oggi ho accumulato 18162.49 LP nel mio Inleo wallet.

Sono soddisfatto dei risultati che ho ottenuto in circa 30 giorni ma non ho intenzione di fermarmi e continuerò ad accumulare i token LEO per convertirli in LEO Power anche nei futuri mesi.
