On May 2, 2025 on the Arcade Colony platform, a new game was added: Stake House Den.
Stakehouse Den is a Web3 Social Casino that is under development but you can already try three games for fun and without investing anything.

The in-game rewards are not yet active and the amounts of the items that can be used and won in-game are temporary and have only a playful purpose and will be reset when the rewards mechanism will be activated.

I'm honest, I don't like casino games because I prefer player vs players games where skill plays an important role but in the case of Stake House Den the dynamics are different from traditional casino games because:

The Hot Sauce production mechanism is not yet active, but it will be similar to the FUEL production mechanism on Moon Karts with the difference that quantities of Hot Sauce will not be able to be transferred but only used in game.

There is some recent and interesting news regarding Stake House Den.
In fact, on January 13, 2025, three days ago, in the office-hours channel of Arcade Colony's discord server, some updates on the development of the games on the platform were announced.
Among the various development goals Stake House Den will have priority and next week the possibility of combining cards and staking them will be implemented to start the production of Hot Sauce.
Then the rewards mechanism for at least one game will be activated and the goal is to have all games active and fully operational rewards side by July.
Another interesting news concerns two new games that will be added to Stake House Den that the team is working on: Multi-player Texas Hold'em and Video Poker (1 player).
I particularly like the idea of adding Texas Hold'em because several years ago I was a semi-professional Texas Hold'em player.
After reading the recent interesting news regarding Stake House Den I decided to increase the game assets I own.
On May 3, 2025, I purchased 5 Lady Luck packs and today I decided to purchase 10 more Lady Luck packs but before doing so I calculated the cost per pack based on the purchase options to choose the most cost-effective method.

Ladyluck packs can be purchased using 3 different purchase options:
- using Credits in the Arcade Colony Shop
- using SCRIPT tokens in the Arcade Colony Shop
- using the SWAP.HIVE on Hive Engine.
Based on the market value of the HIVE (SWAP.HIVE) tokens and based on the market value of the SCRIPT tokens I have calculated the cost per pack in dollars that can be purchased during the general sale based on the purchase option that can be chosen.
To purchase 1 Ladyluck pack in Arcade Colony's shop you must spend 4000 Credits or 4 SCRIPT
To purchase 1 Ladyluck pack on Hive Engine you need to purchase the LADYLUCK token which has a cost = 7.99 SWAP.HIVE (96 LADYLUCK tokens on sale at this price)

I Bought 10 more Ludy Luck packs!
Today I spent 40 SCRIPT to purchase 10 Ladyluck packs.
I had 0.2 SCRIPT in my wallet and I purchased 39.8 SCRIPT via the SWAP functionality of the SWAP.HIVE:SCRIPT pool because this way I spent 66.29 SWAP.HIVE instead of 79.52 SWAP.HIVE if I had accepted the best sale offer on Hive Engine.

Sono sincero, non mi piacciono i giochi da casino perchè preferisco i giochi player vs players in cui l'abilità ha un ruolo importante ma nel caso di Stake House Den le dinamiche sono diverse dai tradizionali giochi di casino perchè:

Il meccanismo di produzione dell'Hot Sauce sarà simile al meccanismo di produzione del FUEL su Moon Karts con la differenza che i quantitativi di Hot Sauce non potranno essere trasferiti ma solo utilizzati in gioco.

Ci sono delle recenti e delle interessanti novità che riguardano Stake House Den.
Infatti il 13 gennaio 2025, tre giorni fa, nel canale office-hours del server discord di Arcade Colony sono stati comunicati alcuni aggiornamenti sullo sviluppo dei giochi presenti sulla piattaforma.
Tra i vari obiettivi di sviluppo Stake House Den avrà la priorità e la prossima settimana sarà implementata la possibilità di combinare le carte e metterle in staking per iniziare la produzione di Hot Sauce.
Successivamente sarà attivato il meccanismo di rewards per almeno un gioco e l'obiettivo è di avere tutti i giochi attivi e completamente operativi lato rewards entro il mese di luglio.
Un'altra interessante novità riguarda due nuovi giochi da aggiungere a Stake House Den su cui il team sta lavorando: Multi-player Texas Hold'em e Video Poker (1 player).
Mi piace particolarmente l'idea di aggiungere il Texas Hold'em perchè diversi anni fa sono stato un giocatore semi-professionista di Texas Hold'em.
Dopo aver letto le recenti e interessanti novità relative a Stake House Den ho deciso di aumentare gli assets del gioco in mio possesso.
