Yes, I have a lot of recent photos taken in nature, usually close-ups and some macros. Today I decided to spend some of my time selecting some of these photos in my archives and processing them. Today I felt inclined to do this with plant photos. Some of these photos have a certain level of abstraction, you will also find some minimalism, textures and compositions based on chromaticism... The processing and editing in these photographs is very restrained and in most of them there is a lot of the real vision taken in nature but with some adjustments of light, contrasts, color temperatures and also punctual changes in the saturation... Sí, Tengo un montón de fotos recientes hechas en la naturaleza, generalmente son acercamientos y algunos macros. Hoy decidí dedicar algo de mi tiempo a seleccionar algunas de estas fotos en mis archivos y a procesarlas. Hoy me sentí inclinado a hacer esto con fotografías de plantas. Algunas de estas fotos tienen cierto nivel de abstracción, también podrán encontrar algo de minimalismo, texturas y composiciones basadas en cromatismo... El procesado y edición en estas fotografías es muy comedido y en la mayoría hay mucho de la visión real tenida en la naturaleza pero con algunos ajustes de luz, contrastes, temperaturas de colores y también cambios puntuales en la saturación... These are much more “sober” than the photos I shared with you previously (CLICK HERE to see that previous post) here on #hive. In nature you can do just that: find passion, vehemence and a lot of visual impact, but also shift the creativity towards something more elegant and cryptic like these photos which I present today... Additionally, I felt very comfortable selecting photographs in my camera's native format: horizontal rectangle of 4:6 proportions. This has given me the feeling of having created a photographic series to be exhibited in a gallery.

Estas son fotos mucho más "sobrias" de lo que fueron las fotos que compartí con ustedes previamente (PULSAR AQUI para ver esa publicación anterior) aquí en #hive. En la naturaleza se puede hacer eso: Encontrar pasión, vehemencia y mucho impacto visual, pero también desplazar la creatividad hacia algo más elegante y críptico como estas fotografías las cuales presento hoy... Adicionalmente, me sentí muy cómodo seleccionando fotografías en formato nativo de mi cámara: rectángulo horizontal de proporciones 4:6. Esto me ha hecho tener la sensación de haber creado una serie fotográfica como para se expuesta en una galería.

I'm thinking of creating a next series of macro and close-up photos in nature, but next time I want to do it with vertical rectangle photos also in 4:6 ratio. My camera is quite old and its 16 MP make me work on composing directly at the moment of taking each photo (and that's something I love to do). So this is part of my “artisan passion” in this photography thing... I would also like to do a similar series based on just insects. We are in the middle of the rainy season and these are perhaps the best days of the year to take advantage and make a lot of photos in nature, that's something I do every year, and this time I plan to do it as usual. So I will surely have many more nature photos to share with you here at #hive... 😀♦️👍

Estoy pensando en crear una siguiente serie de fotos macro y close-up en la naturaleza, pero la próxima vez quiero hacerlo con fotos en rectángulos verticales también en proporción 4:6. Mi cámara es bastante vieja y sus 16 MP me hacen trabajar en componer directamente al momento de hacer cada foto (y eso es algo lo cual amo hacer). Entonces esto de la manera como hago la foto desde un primer momento es parte de mi "pasión artesana" en esto de la fotografía... También quisiera hacer una serie similar basada en solo insectos. Estamos en plena mitad de la temporada de lluvias y estos quizás son los mejores días del año para aprovechar y hacer un montón de fotos en la naturaleza, eso es algo que hago año a año, y esta vez tengo proyectado hacerlo como siempre. Así que seguramente tendré muchas fotos más de naturaleza para compartir con ustedes aquí en #hive... 😀♦️👍
