PREPARACIÓN/PREPARATION
Lo primero que haremos es aderezar la carne molida con sal, pimienta, ajo y comino mezclamos y dejamos reposar.
The first thing to do is to season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic and cumin, mix and let it rest.
Wash well the vegetables that we are going to use and chop them finely, I used a food processor to do it, remove the cauliflower florets, cut it in half and steam it until it is al dente.
In a pan or pot we put a drizzle of olive oil to heat and cook the meat until browned on both sides, then add the dressing and cook for a few minutes.
Add the pasta or tomato sauce 1/4 cup of water or vegetable or meat broth and cook for a few minutes, add a pinch of salt.
Then add the cauliflower, stir and cook for 3 minutes and finally add the cilantro, leave for a couple of minutes more and remove from heat.
Once our meat is ready, we serve it hot with the garnish of our preference for a balanced dish.
