Good morning to all my dear friends on Hive!
Today, I brought along a snack perfect for tea time to enjoy this lovely moment. There’s something heartwarming about enjoying a sweet treat with a warm cup of tea—especially when it’s freshly homemade. Today, let’s prepare a simple yet delicious tea-time delight using everyday ingredients such as wheat flour, margarine, sugar, yeast, and fresh flour. This soft, slightly sweet bun is perfect for sharing with family or enjoying during a peaceful afternoon break.
So, let’s see how we can make this together!
Required Ingredients...
🍀 1 1/2 Cup of Wheat flour.
🍀 A little yeast dissolved in hot water.
🍀 1/3 Cup of fresh milk.
🍀 Sugar as need.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of Margarine.
🍀 A pinch of salt.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
Method of making....
First, take a bowl and add the yeast. Then, add sugar, fresh milk, a pinch of salt, and wheat flour to the same bowl. Mix everything well until fully combined.
Next, add some margarine to the mixture and mix well until you form a soft dough.
Next, shape the dough as shown below and cut it into pieces.
Now, I have shaped them as shown below. You can make them in any shape you like.
Next, place a pan on the stove and add a little coconut oil to it. Once the oil is heated, add the prepared buns and fry them until they turn golden brown.
Once they are perfectly baked to a golden brown colour, these tea-time buns will fill your kitchen with a delightful aroma and your plate with irresistible flavour. Serve them warm or at room temperature with your favourite cup of tea, and enjoy a homemade moment of joy with every bite.
Happy cooking!
