Today i would like to share the recipe of South Indian cuisine - veggie Uttapam it is made up of semolina with lots of vegetables in the form of savory Pancake. It is the ideal breakfast wich can be cooked quickly and Easily without making much effort. There are many variations of uttapam, for kids you can grate some cheese on the Tops, serve it with Sauce. If all age group enjoy this instant Uttapam, as it healthy as it contains lots of vegetables and Easy to digest, require little oil. In my house it is cooked once in a week and Even you gives this cuisine in the lunchbox of your kids, try this recipe 'm sure you gonna like it.

Ingredients ๐
โข 1 cup rava / semolina / suji, coarse
โข ยฝ cup of Curd.
โข 1 chopped Onion.
โข 1 chopped Tomato.
โข ยฝ Chopped Capsicum.
โข few curry leaves, chopped
โข ยฝ Black Pepper.
โข water as Required.
โข Oil for Toast.
โข Salt to Taste.
Process ๐
In the Chopper, choppes the onion & capsicum & Cut tomato seperately.
firstly, in a large bowl take rava, curd, Chopped veggie, Curry leaves and Black pepper & salt. mix well making sure the curd is combined well. further, add water and mix well adjusting consistency.
Heat the Tava/pan, Grease the tava with oil, now pour the rava batter into small Circle.
Pressed and Move the around with the help of spoon, make big circle as shown in the picture.
pour 1 tsp oil around the uttapam, flip over and cook both sides or Cooked untill it get golden brown in colour.
Your Hot Veggie uttapam is ready to serve, paired it with Tomato sauce or green chutney or garlic Sauce with A cup of Tea to enjoy.
