Today i would like to share Rajma (kidney beans) Masala Recipe. Rajma is a popular North Indian or Punjabi curry recipe made with kidney beans and with Onions tomato gravy coated with Traditional Indian spices. You can enjoy the Rajma with stream rice, or Indian breads like Naan, Roti or Paratha,Thus making the perfect option for lunch and dinner.
Making rajma recipe us popular over all the indian, it can be prepared in many ways but today i would like share the quick and Easy Recipe.

Ingredients 📃
• 1 cup of rajma(kidney beans).
• pinch of Soda.
• 1 Chopped onion.
• 1 chopped tomato.
• 3-4 Chopped Garlic.
• 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
• Pinch of asafoetida.
• 1 tbsp of turmeric powder.
• 1 tbsp of Kashmiri Laal mirch.
• 1 tbsp of Red chilli Powder.
• 2 tbsp of Coriander powder.
• 1 tbsp of Garam Masala.
• Salt to Taste.
• 2 tbsp Oil.
Process📃
Soaked Rajma overnight
Frstly, in a pressure cooker take 1 cup soaked rajma, 1 tsp salt & Pinch of salt and 3 cup water.
Pessure cook for 5 whistles or until the rajma is cooked well.
When your rajma gets soft, put it out in a big bowl with its water.Now keep it aside.
Take a cooker/ or kadai, heat the oil, add cumins seeds and asafoetida, then add Chopped onions & garlic, saute untill it get translucent, now add the chopped Tomato.
Saute it on Low flames, add the kashmiri lal Mirch, Coriander powder, Red Chilli powder, turmeric powder and Salts.
saute it for another 5 minutes on low Flame, Then add the boiled Rajma.
Add the Garam masala. Cooked it for another 2-3 minutes, Keep Stirring.
Your rajma is ready to serve, you can serve it with Indian bread parantha or with stream Rice, you may enjoy it with Roti or Naan too.
