Hoy en mi lugar favorito, después de varios días sin visitarlo. Me gusta tomar café y mucho más estar ese tiempo conmigo mientras saboreo cada sorbo.
Un tiempo para revolotear pensamientos, vivencias y aprendizajes. Todo podría llegar en el mismo momento. Eso es lo que se logra cuando hay tiempo para nosotros.
Hoy fue uno de esos días para pensar el por qué de algunas cosas, de la reactividad de las emociones, en por qué tanta importancia a unas situaciones más que a otras. Importancia que quizás ni vale la pena. En fin la vida es un solo camino y no sabemos cuándo acaba.
“Mentalizarse en el ahora” es lo que se dice y sugieren los autores más avanzados 🤣 pues mi pensamiento es, que todo pasa para aprender, no importa cómo sea la situación, importa el final de cada una de ellas. Con una lección bien aprendida, se tiene la seguridad que no volverá a vivirse.
Es así cómo pasó mi momento del café, pensando y buscando entender un poco la vida que Dios me ha regalado.
Mientras tomo mi café, me gusta hacer mis fotos, tenía mucho tiempo sin hacerlo; momentos conmigo y la cámara de mi celular, casi siempre mi compañía segura, que no opina 🤣 solo está para mí. Las datos de hoy me gustaron mucho, la luz artificial del local, con su color amarillo, dio un bonito toque a las fotos.
