Hello my beautiful and beloved community, how are you doing? 🌛 I hope you're doing great!!! Over the past few days, I've been attending various training sessions, including a cooking chef course 👩🏻🍳, which was both very helpful and fun.
Hola mi bonita y querida comunidad como les va? 🌛 espero que super!!! Los últimos días he estado asistiendo a diferentes capacitaciones entre estas asísti a un curso de chef de cocina 👩🏻🍳 el cual resultó de bastante provecho y divertido al mismo tiempo.
I attended a free chef course, where the academy's chefs taught a simple lesson on some of their content and also basic techniques, such as how to hold a knife, how to sauté first, and more.
Among the dishes we made were minced chicken and bruschetta. I must say the minced chicken turned out delicious, plus it was the first time I'd made it this way. He made an exquisite buttercream. I liked it too much fat, but for my taste, I think he would make it lighter, but everything else was excellent. The course was taught by an excellent person, the owner of one of the best restaurants in Brazil. 👩🏻🍳
I also had the good fortune of sharing my work desk with a group of guys who are pretty good in the field. We all provided incredible support and were all super friendly. It was a unique experience, and I definitely gained knowledge. 💖
Asisti a un curso gratuito de chef de cocina que consiste en los chef de la academia dictar una clase sencilla de algunos de sus contenidos y también de técnicas básicas ejemplo como tomar el cuchillo, también que sofreír primero entre otras cosas.
Entre los platos que elaboramos tenemos el pollo picado y bruschetta, el pollo picado debo decir que resultó delicioso más primera vez que lo elaboraba de esta manera, el realizó una crema de mantequilla exquisita yo ame más mucha grasa para mi gusto creo que lo haría más leve de grasa pero de resto todo excelente, quien dicto el curso fue alguien excelente el dueño de uno de los mejores restaurantes de Brasil. 👩🏻🍳
Tuve también la dicha de compartir mi mesa de trabajo con un grupo de chicos bastantes buenos en el área, entre todos nos brindamos un apoyo increíble y todos super amables, fue una experiencia única y que sin duda adquirí conocimientos. 💖
