[PL / ENG] HCD Graz: Zwiedzamy miasto / Visiting the city
Dzień przed rozpoczęciem Hive Creator Days spędziliśmy na zwiedzaniu okolicy.
We spent the day before Hive Creator Days exploring the area.
Najpierw wybraliśmy się na lody. Wykorzystałam tę okazję, aby obejrzeć sztuczną wyspę na rzece Mura. Nic bowiem nie motywuje czterolatka do marszu tak jak obiecana nagroda w postaci lodów pistacjowych.
Pogoda cudna, centrum Graz piękne, miły był to spacer. Niestety, uparciuch uparł się, że ubierze Crocsy bez skarpetek, bo ciepło. Czym to się mogło skończyć? Ano pęcherzami na stopach. Jak to są te naturalne konsekwencje, to nie wiem tylko, czemu na tym cierpią dorośli :D
First we went for ice cream. I took the opportunity to look at the artificial island on the Mura River. Nothing motivates a four-year-old to walk like the promised reward of pistachio ice cream. The weather was wonderful, the center of Graz was beautiful, it was a nice walk. Unfortunately, the stubborn one insisted on wearing Crocs without socks because it was warm. How could that end? Obviously with blister on his feet. If these are natural consequences, I just don't know why it is for adults to suffer :D
W każdym razie do wyspy udało się dojść, ale niestety lodów tam nie serwują, więc wróciliśmy do wcześniej mijanych po drodze kawiarenek i znaleźliśmy upragnione lody. Powrót musiał się już odbyć na barana, ale i tak muszę przyznać, że Bombel był dość dzielny.
Anyway, we managed to get to the island, but unfortunately they don't serve ice cream there, so we went back to the cafes we had passed earlier on the way and found the ice cream we wanted. Bombel needed to be carried on his Dad's back, but I have to admit that both of them were quite brave.
W sumie fajny taki city break i naprawdę fajne to miasto tak w pierwszym odczuciu :)
All in all, it's a nice city break and the city is really nice at first glance :)
Z pierwszego spaceru zmontowałam nawet filmik. Chciałam go wrzucić jako shorts w pionie, ale coś chyba nie ogarnęłam i wyszło jak wyszło. Poza tym zaś mi się ten film opublikował, a ja go chciałam zakotwiczyć w tym poście - no trudno, będzie dwa razy :D 3speak nie jest dla mnie najczytelniejszym narzędziem na świecie. Inna sprawa, że widzę też moje niedoskonałości jeśli chodzi o nagrywanie takich filmików. Na gotowym widzę, że inny kadr, że tu zwolnić, itp. Jest pole do popracowania.
I even edited a video from my first walk. I wanted to upload it as a vertical short, but I must have missed something and it came out the way it did. Besides, this film was published and I wanted to anchor it in this post - oh well, it'll be twice :D 3speak is not the most readable tool in the world for me. Another thing is that I also see my imperfections when it comes to recording such videos. On the finished one I see that the frame should be different, that I should slow down, etc. There is room for improvement.
Po powrocie do domu i ogarnięciu bąbli na stopach Bombla wyruszyliśmy na kolejny spacer - tym razem w kierunku basenu. Tu znowu nasze dziecko uparło się, że jak wyjazd na wakajki, to on musi wziąć kąpielówki i one muszą się przydać, koniec. Ale muszę przyznać, że taka turystyka basenowa mi się całkiem podoba, bo my też jesteśmy stworzeniami wodnymi. Poszliśmy więc na dłuższy spacer po Graz, minęliśmy dworzec główny, powędrowaliśmy przez osiedla i dotarliśmy na basen.
Sam basen średniawka, te w Katowicach są lepsze, na pewno pod kątem strefy dla dzieci - bo owszem strefa sportowa była tu bardzo fajna. Ale tak czy siak, wypluskaliśmy się za wszystkie czasy i znowu spacerem wróciliśmy do domu.
After returning home and sorting out the blisters on Bombel's feet, we set off for another walk - this time towards the swimming pool. Here again, our child insisted that if we were going on holiday, he had to take swimming shorts and they had to come in handy, that's it. But I have to admit that I quite like this kind of swimming pool tourism, because we are also water creatures. So we went for a longer walk around Graz, passed the main train station, wandered through the housing estates and reached the swimming pool. The swimming pool itself was average, the ones in Katowice are better, certainly in terms of the children's area - because yes, the sports area here was very nice. But anyway, we splashed around for all our time and walked back home again.

Wieczorem udało nam się jeszcze wyskoczyć na małą kolację i spotkać z paroma osobami z Hive Creator Days! 🥳 Co prawda nasze Bombelki uznały, że to już pora na wyciszanie w domu, a nie spotkania towarzyskie, i były trochę marudne, więc uciekliśmy szybko, ale i tak fajnie było się przywitać ☺️
In the evening, we managed to go out for a small dinner and meet a few people from Hive Creator Days! 🥳 Although our Bombelki decided that it was time to calm down at home, not social gatherings, and they were a bit cranky, so we escaped quickly, but it was still fun to say hello ☺️
